This is a list and review of the vegan options at sunset market!
WHY VISIT?
If you are down in the Oceanside area on a beautiful Thursday night, then you have to attend the Oceanside Sunset Market. This Market is full of a wide variety of food options but most importantly FILLED WITH SO. MANY. VEGAN. OPTIONS
Here, a vegan will have a hayday! Your wallet may shed a tear HOWEVER, worth it in the name of unique, flavorfully, vegan food.
VEGAN MEXICAN FOOD

Crafted with love, flavor, and spice this small vegan Mexican stand is divine. The picture above showcases the vegan quesobrirria tacos that I devoured. The toritllas are made from scratch in front of you and everything put together is to die for. Even my non vegan family was impressed by these. Do yourself a favor and order a meal from the vegan Mexican stand if you’re ever down in sunset market.
COXINHAS STAND

I did get a chance to try the vegan corn Coxinhas and they were amazing. Even though they were small they were filled with flavor and they were so warm and yummy. I will purchase again when I return to the sunset market.
VEGAN FOOD – this stand was actually just named that

I did not eat here but I wanted to include the menu to showcase there are many diverse vegan options!
Rafikiz Foodz – kenyan Food

I did not eat here either but look at all these people lining up mmmmm mmmm
Taste of Egypt

I was not able to eat here either, but look how yummy those look mmmm
Empanada Stand

I personally did not have high hopes for the empanada stand as I typically do not enjoy empanadas. HOWEVER, I tried the cookies and cream vegan empanada and it was TO DIE FOR. I have never enjoyed an empanada as much as this one. If you are ever at sunset market this is a must purchase.
Mayas Vegan Cookies

OMG these were so yummy. Honestly, my non vegan family was unable to tell that these were vegan. 10/10 I will be purchasing at least six of these next time I go. The cookies are sold individually and are a little pricey (around 3-4 dollars a cookie), but one cookie is not gonna hurt too much.
Dairy Free Gelato

So, this was a little stand that sells regular gelato. However, look at this unique flavor! Vegan flavors for gelato are usually limited to the fruity options and sometimes you get lucky and there is chocolate sorbet. BUT LOOK AT THIS INTERESTING FLAVOR, next time I am down at Oceanside Sunset Market I will be trying and updating this post.
